A pure web ERP is a blank page the moment your connection drops — and in a lot of schools, that is a weekly event. SCHOOL OS Desktop never asks. The front office keeps registering visitors, issuing receipts and marking attendance on the local database, and if you later take a cloud licence, everything you did offline syncs both ways through a conflict-free queue the moment a connection appears.
